These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 77zc website located at https://77zc.cam and any associated mobile applications, services, content and features (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by 77zc ("77zc", "we", "us", "our") under an international licensing framework.
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on 77zc, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
77zc reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity or residential address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
Each individual person is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended, Balances forfeited and any pending withdrawals cancelled.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information at registration and update it promptly should any details change. Supplying false, incomplete or misleading information — including a false name, date of birth or address — is a material breach of this Agreement.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 77zc will never contact you by email, live chat or telephone to request your password.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. 77zc accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at any point deemed necessary by 77zc's compliance team, you may be required to complete identity verification by submitting one or more of the following documents: government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within three months) and/or source-of-funds documentation. Accounts will remain restricted until verification is satisfactorily completed.
The Platform is made available for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. You must not use the Platform for any business purpose, on behalf of any third party, or in connection with any commercial gambling operation.
You must not attempt to access the Platform or any of its underlying systems through automated means, bots, scrapers or any software not expressly authorised by 77zc. You must not attempt to circumvent, disable or interfere with any security feature or access control mechanism.
Where permitted by the Platform's payment infrastructure, transactions may be conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The displayed currency on your Account Balance and transaction history will reflect the currency in which your Account is denominated. Exchange rate fluctuations are your responsibility where cross-currency transactions apply.
77zc strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical outages or events beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect service. We accept no liability for losses — including missed betting opportunities — resulting from temporary unavailability.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed on the Platform cashier at the time of request. Processing times vary by payment method. 77zc reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests exceeding PKR 25,000 or equivalent thresholds.
Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Any attempt to use stolen, fraudulently obtained or unauthorised payment credentials will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all associated funds and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
All promotional offers made available on the Platform are subject to individual offer-specific terms, including but not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit amounts, wagering requirements (rollover multipliers), eligible games or markets, maximum bet restrictions while bonus funds are active, and offer expiry dates and times. These terms are disclosed on the relevant promotion page and must be read before claiming any offer.
Bonus funds and associated winnings may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., "30×" means you must wager an amount equal to thirty times the bonus value before any withdrawal is available). Specific games may contribute at different percentages towards meeting the rollover requirement — contribution rates are listed in individual offer terms.
Any attempt to exploit, manipulate or abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, making low-risk or zero-risk wagers designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, using automated systems, or coordinating with other users — constitutes bonus abuse. 77zc reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and associated winnings, suspend or close the Account, and recover any amounts withdrawn prior to detection of the abuse.
77zc reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Changes will not retroactively affect offers already claimed and in progress, except where there is evidence of abuse or breach of offer-specific terms.
All wagers are accepted at 77zc's absolute discretion. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any wager without providing a reason, particularly in cases of suspected rule breach, pricing errors or suspicious activity.
Sports betting markets — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, ICC tournaments, bilateral cricket series, football, UFC and combat sports — are governed by the specific sport rules published on the Platform. In the event of ambiguity, 77zc's interpretation of the applicable rules shall be final and binding.
In cases of manifest or obvious error — including incorrectly stated odds, prices, lines or payout structures resulting from technical faults or human error — 77zc reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes. Winnings paid in error remain the property of 77zc and may be recovered from your Account Balance.
Casino games on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by third-party software suppliers. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are provided by the respective game suppliers and are verified independently. 77zc does not manipulate game outcomes.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer or commercially exploit any part of the Platform.
The 77zc name, logo and all related marks, designs and slogans are trademarks of 77zc. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademark, trade name or logo of 77zc or any third-party without prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77zc, its officers, directors, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Where the Platform links to or integrates third-party content, games or services, 77zc accepts no responsibility for the accuracy, availability or legality of such third-party offerings.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting 77zc support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of bonus funds not meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to you via your most recently used verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
77zc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon Account closure — whether initiated by you or 77zc — all outstanding Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real-money Balances will be handled in accordance with 77zc's standard withdrawal procedures, except where the Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, in which case 77zc may withhold funds pending investigation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77zc holds its operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 77zc's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 14 calendar days. For complex matters, we will keep you informed of progress throughout the process.
77zc makes no representation that the Platform or these Terms are consistent with the laws of Pakistan. Pakistani users access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local legislation, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any applicable provincial laws. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice and 77zc strongly recommends that users obtain independent legal advice regarding their local obligations.
77zc reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully affect your rights or obligations — we will provide reasonable advance notice by email to your registered address or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a clause, or changes required by regulatory instruction, may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.
